Delivery

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard UK recorded delivery service takes between 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 2 days of you making a purchase.

We ONLY accept returns up to 14 days from the day of you receiving your order if damaged, defective or incorrect item(s).

Refunds

We will ONLY refund your returns posting fee, if there is an error on our behalf.

If our item(s) did not meet your standards, In order for us to refund this for you, item(s) should be returned in the same condition as arrival: unworn and in its original packaging with tags & labels still attached. 

Once our checks are complete, we will then refund back to your payment method of purchase.

If we require further information then we will contact you. 

If we receive an email requesting to cancel an order before it has been dispatched; we will of course refund the full payment including any delivery costs.

Damaged or faulty item(s)

In the unlikely instance that your item(s) received are damaged/faulty, we will gladly replace or refund and of course; cover/ refund any additional postage cost incurred.

How to return item(s)

For ALL returns/orders, please fill in our form below stating:

Name, contact information and your order number with a description explaining the issue.

Re-pack item(s) in the original delivery packaging, making sure that it is securely sealed or in a secure waterproof packaging and fix the returned label securely to the outside of the package.

(Please keep safe your proof of postage and order receipt as you may need it at a later date)
